What I must change in my server configuration if I want to use the Web Cache?

There are no server or CMS modifications needed to use Web Cache. The only change is a new value in your name server settings. After the change, visitors will first look for the content at the cache server. Only dynamic content (like PHP or ASP pages) will be taken from your server.

I want to exclude some files from the Web Cache – is this possible?

Yes, using our system filters you can define rules for caching.

Can I use this CDN for delivering video or flash files only?

Yes, for example you could specify a subdomain or a folder for caching those files only.

How can I check how much traffic I have used?

In your account you will see a dashboard that contains traffic reports and information on your setup.

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes, the minimum contact length for standard plans is 3 months. After the 3 months you can cancel with 2 weeks notice before the beginning of the next month.

Is there a discount for longer contracts?

Yes, if you sign a 12 month contact you will get 1 month free.
